The Virtual Meeting Room is available to students, faculty, staff, and post-doc. The space is available for up to 2 hours and is restricted to the following types of virtual activities: Telehealth appointments, Thesis/Dissertation meetings/presentations, conference presentations, and interviews. Room come with access to WiFi, sound machine, a power strip and 1 outlet.

Please note that room is not available for renewal without prior authorization from staff/supervisor.
The room cannot be used for studying or group work, no exceptions
