Study Room Reservations

Individuals wth a valid UAB ID may reserve these rooms: Patrons must give name and UAB email address when booking a room.  These study rooms are for one person and should provide access to the UAB WiFi.

These rooms may be checked out with a valid UAB ID at the Sterne Circulation Desk.  

• Reservations are limited to 4 hours per person, per day and can be made as early as 2 weeks in advance. (ALL single study rooms MUST have only1 person.
• Person with information matching the reservation will be the ONLY person who can claim the reservation.  No exceptions.
• Room reservations are ONLY held for a 15 minute assembly time; groups assembling after that time forfeit their reservation.
• IMPORTANT NOTE - When booking a room, you must make a reservation that blocks all 4 hours if you wish to keep the room for that amount of time.
