DESCRIPTION:The Office of Scholarly Communication (OSC) is excited to offer 
 a special workshop for the UAB Libraries on AI and copyright. We'll take a 
 look at how AI is changing scholarly publishing\, explore the major AI 
 copyright lawsuits making headlines\, and discuss how we arrived at the 
 current landscape. By the end of the session\, you'll have a better 
 understanding of the challenges and opportunities AI presents for authors\, 
 publishers\, and libraries\, along with the key issues and emerging trends
