Introducing Pressbooks: UAB Libraries' New Platform for Open Publishing and OER Online
Ready to create and share open educational content? Join us for an introduction to Pressbooks, UAB Libraries’ new online publishing platform for open access books and OER. Widely adopted by universities and libraries, Pressbooks supports the development of open textbooks, digital course materials, and collaborative publications that can be accessed by learners worldwide.
Through demonstrations and a real-world case study from the first UAB team to publish using Pressbooks, you'll discover how the platform can support the creation of open textbooks, collaborative learning resources, and other digital publications.
